Leveraging Dataiku
Dataiku provided the necessary tools to build and deploy the GenAI models for this organization’s use cases. The choice of Dataiku as the platform was strategic, given the robust capabilities in handling large-scale data operations and flexibility in integrating with various AI tools and technologies — platform agnosticism.
Aaron delved specifically into the architecture of the RAG solution via Dataiku, detailing how they ingested data from a variety of sources, including internal wikis and business documents, and created a vector database to power the AI’s retrieval capabilities.
Aaron also explained that one of the key challenges in deploying GenAI models is ensuring scalability and manageability over time. Dataiku’s platform offered the team the ability to not only build solutions but also to continuously optimize their GenAI solutions, ensuring that they remain effective as the organization’s needs evolve.
